When you create a new meeting or webinar, the time is not defaulted to the hour or half hour. It defaults to 30mins from now. Rarely does anyone schedule a meeting that is not on the hour e.g. 14:00 or half hour e.g. 14:30. The default time should be to the closest 30min or hour time slot.

Also, why not make the time selector 24 hour format? This would mean less clicks and typing for users when specifying a time.
