The OTA verification request of Zoho assist caused inability to login - due non arriving sms - many times before.
FYI: At this point i am waiting to be able to log into my account since 4 days.
As this is a recurring problem, and it seems you are unable to repair this problem within 4 days, it would be greatto move this feature to email based verification or disable it
as OTA has been only established. to ensure people on free package refrain from using it as professional service - as confirmed by support personnel earlier on - the above would still create ample non-needed stress. (eg. go and find a different type of harassment)
looking forward to see a working zoho assist ota.
