3 accounts two private

Hi,

We are using Zoho mail for our business and currently have 2 users, each of the partners of the business.
At the moment we can each see each others emails when we log in by selecting the the email for either of us from the drop down menu at the top.

eg.
andy@oursite.com
bob@oursite.com

However, we want to add another member to our team and do not want them to be able to see our emails. But we do want to be able to see their emails.

So our drop down list would look like this:

andy@oursite.com
bob@oursite.com
jane@oursite.com

And when Jane logs on she will only get this on her drop down:

jane@oursite.com

Basically we want to see our staffs email but don't want them to see ours. We would like Jane to be able to send using the same @oursite.com domain name. Can this be done OK? please let me know how.

Any help would be great. I can provide screen shots if this is unclear.
