Hi, is it possible to insert 3 copys of the same form on the same page?

When I do, all forms share the same validation and do not let me send any unless all have been fulfilled.

But the answer seems not to work for me.

My number corresponding to the "checkMandatory" is much more complex than a single number. And when I modify it, it breaks the validation and lets me send the forms even empty.
