3 MB file restriction and problems.

THIS IS FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE ZOHO TEAM
earlier in the week, I tried to send out an email to our club members (219 people) with an attachment (Handbook) but it was over the limit. I then proceeded to send it through our webmail. Unfortunately, this set off a spam alert and therefore I'm told our domain was flagged.
Now I"m trying to send out our Xmas party invite in Zoho without an attachment and I noticed for the first time the Anti-Spam alert and the fact that we will be barred if a users service provided alerts that we are spammers.
Pls help as we send out messages weekly for our our Cycling Club and I need to know that we will not be barred because of my one mistake.
I would really appreciate a speedy response.
