From customer perspective (not Zoho users) - I see that we can associate an account with a parent. But what about sister companies that have branch locations with different addresses under parent? So 3 tiers? I can only find reference to parent company and using a pick list custom field.
Use case - 1st tier franchise as uber parent, 2nd tier geographic companies independently owned but associated w/parent, 3rd tier multiple branch offices and their addresses. i.e. real estate companies or retail franchises.
How is this handled in Zoho?
