3rd party cookie

I embed reports in a webpage using iframes. A client of mine has made changes to the security settings on their system to block third party cookies which is causing problems for viewing reports - The reports won't load. IS there anyway to get around this from your end? My client is reluctant to make the required changes to their settings (an over-cautious IT dept).
