3rd party email clients not working after SPF and DKIM setup

I have configured my SPF and DKIM settings for my account on the DNS settings at GoDaddy, and verified the DKIM on dkimcore.org. I have used the shortened version of the public key, " zoho._domainkey" per the instructions. After verifying everything, all my email clients ( Outlook, MailBird, and Bluemail ) had error messages. Outlook has a popup now that asks for a username and password  but I do not know what to use for the username. I have never seen this before. Do I need to make changes to my email clients settings also after I add SPF and DKIM info to my account. By the way, the Zoho email clients currently work fine on my PC and Android phone. Thank you.
