3rd Party Emails
We are able to send and receive emails between employees connected on Zoho. We are also able to send emails to 3rd party emails such as a gmail account, but we cannot receive emails from 3rd party accounts such as gmail. We are connected to our domain, jn-industries.com, through GoDaddy. We have connected it exactly how it says to do it by using CNAME and MX. What is the problem?
