We are a cosmetic company(B2C), looking for CRM system to learn the insight behind data to optimize our customer's relationship along with manage customers' information.
I've digested the CRM guide from Zoho and start trying it for free. I really wish to get the most of it and corporate with Zoho but undergo some problems that can't meet my needs. That's why I'm here to ask some answers and suggestions to help me solve issues. Thank you so much!!!
First, our customers from different e-commerce platform, what I import is excel, one excel means one month's all orders, and there are different platforms on each tab in an excel. (Check below)
Question 1: After I import this excel, the result shows only 4 leads, and there are no purchase records like what I import in.(Check Below)

Question 2: Is it possible to import all data with several tab in one excel? or should I have to separate into different excel?
Question 3: Is it possible to turn the import results like the excel below that I used to import? (This is what columns we have in imported excel)
Our goal is to know customer's behavior, Makes sure we have the information and the insights to make smart decisions based on customer behavior. Eventually, put the right leads in the right hands.
Question 4, Can I do things below?
1. Lead segmentation by cumulative spending or shopping times?
2. Lead segmentation by Specific order date. for example, by using this we can find out which customers ordered within this year but didn't buy anything in this 180 days recently.
3. Know product purchase cycle.
4. Product analytics: The purchase relationship between products.

Understand the differences in product sales across platforms
6. Find out obviously regressive products, obviously growing products
All the questions above, if I can't do this with Zoho, is there any suggestions?
