404 error for website

i published my website www.neoncompany.co.in and it was working fine. i recently made changes and published it . but error 404 is coming. m sure i tried publishing it. but even of publishing it on 9th feb it is showing as last published on 8th feb.. plz diagnose the problem sir.

Earlier, also i could only access it wid www.neoncompany.co.in and not simply with neoncompany.co.in
