At first many thanks for your great ZOHO. It is amazing.

Unfortunately today we can't send emails from palmali@palmali.com.ru
due to "5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit."

Could you please unblock us, because we don't make mass email sending - only few business emails (abt 10 per day, with max 6 recepients in each).

Also pls note that link " https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe" doesn't work.

In order to prevent such problems in future, if it is possible please describe the reason, why this was happened with us.
