I have Outlook 2016 connected with my Zoho mail account, and today it was not receiving any updates. I could see new emails on the web interface, but they were not coming to Outlook. I'd click "Send/Receive" and one time out of three the emails would come through; otherwise the process would just appear to hang and then end with no result.
