We have both SPF & DKIM verified in our DNS and we use a professional grade service (mailgun) to ensure email is delivered.
While I can certainly understand why this may be considered generic, you have to realize the number of contact requests, welcome emails, forgot password, and activation emails that are sent out are all essentially generic. But in the end critical.
