541 5.7.1 Mail rejected due to antispam policy

Hello all

Only recently we bought a subscription that also sends a daily newsletter to two of our emails that are setup in zoho.
We never received those emails and after contacting that company they informed us that they get the error that it is in the title.

541 5.7.1 Mail rejected due to antispam policy

They have an automated system for sending those emails.
Is there anything that we can do from our side? (from out panel or zoho's stuff?)
Any ideas?
