550 Error and I just Signed up fo Zoho Mail

Hello - 

I just subscribed to Zoho Mail and the moment my account became active with a subscription the system began to block both my incoming and outgoing mail. This is a business account and I am not conducting any mass email campaigns so I don't know why I'm getting the error. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get everything setup correctly for  Zoho to function by going in and changing cPanel and even going to my domain provider and trying to setup Zoho there. Their support team explained that I don't need to do this in my domain area since cPanel can handle it.

I have configured my MX Records in cPanel to mx.zoho.com(10), mx2.zoho.com (20) & mx3.zoho.com (50) as suggested and I have removed everything else that was listed in the MX account. I have also added the SPF information to my DNS record in cPanel as a TXT with  v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all for the policy framework. And I am still getting the blocked error:  Unable to send message;Reason:550-"Your IP: xx.xxx.xx.xxx : Your domain angelheartliving.com is not allowed550 in header From"

I need help to get this working as soon as possible since I can't afford to miss any emails from a company I'm trying to setup a partnership with.
