550 No Such User Here

After having first set up the MX record with the domain registrar, and having Zoho e-mail working well, I subsequently adjusted other records with the domain registrar. Now e-mail is no longer being received, and instead e-mail is being bounced with a "550 No Such User Here." Perhaps more time is required for propogation? Otherwise I'm not sure why what was once working is no longer.
