550 Rejected when receiving emails

Hi, I recently signed up for the Zoho mail package but am having some difficulty with it. The email servers @imwithgeek.com can SEND emails to other accounts (I sent one to my gmail account to test it) but the replies going TO the zoho servers are being rejected with the error message 550.

Can anyone offer a solution?
