553 Relaying disallowed

My account domain validated (using CNAME) with no problem, and test emails to the account went through fine. A few hours later, trying to send mail to my domain received a 553 Relaying Disallowed error.

Emailing support did little, and your phone number suggested I should email support. Could you please investigate ASAP?
