I have been searching for a solution but could not find an actionable plan.

I've got my domain aprods.com from another hosting company. I am using this domain for zoho mail ( info@aprods.com and import@aprods.com).

My aprods.com hosting got cancelled and because of that I was not able to receive messages in my import@aprods.com zoho email account. I was only able to send messages.

Now I activated my hosting again and updated the MX and SPF settings to be correct. Now I can receive emails when I send an email to myself from my gmail account in the web browser. But when I send an email from my the gmal or bluemail application on my phone, I often don't get anything at all or I get the error: 553 relaying disallowed.

How can I fix this problem?

Also another question: will I receive the emails that were not able to be delivered to me in the time that my hosting account was deactivated? I am afraid I have lost important emails for ever.
