553 Relaying disallowed - Account Deleted

Hi,

Second attempt, I originally contacted support, but I can't wait around for a resolution.

We originally decided to use Zoho while were waiting to get a non-profit G suite set up, but ending up deleting our Zoho account a few days later. I deleted all domain and hosting info I entered to set it up, and then deleted the account. Since last week, my new gmail doesn't receive mail from specifically other gmail users and gives me the 553 Relaying disallowed error. It only blocks emails if they're SENT from another gmail account, which my whole organization uses. Outgoing mail delivers to all accounts, we're just not receiving mail and this is a huge issue for our organization. Please let me know what I can do to gain access to my incoming servers again. Like I said, I deleted my Zoho mail account assuming that would be sufficient, so I'm not able to log in to try and figure it out. The account we were using was info@unitelife.com.
