Hi, I had a problem with receiving emails. Your helpdesk asked to remove a cName (after me insisting and asking what was wrong and needed change), which was removed by the DNS Manager.
Now I get
"
553 Relaying disallowed"
My DNS Manager said that now I needed to talk to zoho support. I created a ticket on your help page and replied to the last zoho email I got from support with no answer to this moment from both.
There are various emails on this account and I can't use them...
