553 Relaying Disallowed ---- What should I do???

553 Relaying Disallowed ---- What should I do???

I setup the mail on Android with K-9 - I am receiving all the mails but when I send any mail, to anyone doesn't matter which address- it says 553 relaying disallowed while when I go to Internet and use it from there, I can send the messages.

All my passwords and SMTP settings are correct and are according to the settings explained on Zoho help pages - but I cant send any message from my device. Any Help or I close my account?
