554 5.2.3 error

One of our company's users (CEO) had a large number of emails sent to one person accidently (client issues, virus?).

Now Zoho has blocked his account and he can't send email. I've submitted a support request yesterday morning, but haven't heard back. Can we get this resolved. We really need this email working, badly.
