554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes

Hi
Sending mail to my mailbox returns a
554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes

to the sender (mail attachment is only 22MB). Whitelisting the sender did not help.

Could you please tell me what to do?
