554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes

Dear Zoho Team,
      I'm just trying out a script from my machine which give auto mail (based on some conditions) from specific id (Gmail) to my Zoho mail id. while testing it worked out well. but now when i try that i get
554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes
error. I think my other mail id blocked by Zoho.
Now currently I'm not all receiving any mail from Gmail.

How can I add my mail id to white-list so that I would continue using my auto-mailer script?
