So to some, this is not very major, to me, it's absolutely critical to my business and I am ending up paying $15,000+ per year for this.
Emojis. I need to be able to use all Apple Emoji within the CRM Text fields. My business is an advertising agency and our whole production process depends on adding Emoji filled Ad Copy into Sales Force which is then passed to the Ad Manager who take all the relevant text, and build ads based on it.
Without the ability to add Emoji to the text fields, the whole business process falls apart. I can't use Zoho at all without it. I am paying $15,000+ MORE per year for Sales Force than I would be for Zoho. I will pay that without blinking simply to have Emojis. Would I love to save that $15k per year? Yes, I would LOVE to. But I literally cannot make the swap to Zoho with being able to add Emojis.
I hope you can see how critical this is for me to the point that I will literally spend $15k per year to have them.
This is 2022, Emojis are a big part of our culture and language, it's about time that Zoho CRM supports it.
