I have 2 questions:

1. If I set up a lite (free) account, how does pricing work if I need more than 5 users?  Do I keep the initial 5 free users and only pay for the 6th, etc.?

2. If I refer people and help them set up lite (free) accounts, what happens after the 3rd referral when my account is at the 20 user max?  Will the 4th referred account still get their extra 5 users so they start out at 10 free users?
