A Couple Suggestions...
I submitted a couple suggestions to your technical staff but nothing ever came of them. I am in hopes this Forum will have a different result.
1)When entering a lead from the main listing page to view a leads details and you return to the main list by pressing the back arrow it returns you to the top of the page. This is a real pain when you have your main page showing a 100 leads, you are scrolled 3/4 of the way down the page and when backing out it returns you to the top of the page. It should return you to the exact position you were on the page.
2)When creating a user view there should be an option to add a view of the last note added to that client. As a business owner i want to see the status of where my sales team left off with a client. In order for me to do that i must click each client individually. This is VERY time consuming. With the ability to add a view of "last note entered" will allow me to review all of the details of where we are with a client. We on any given day deal with 25-50 clients. That is a lot of clients to look into.
3)You allow up to 100 records per page. Why does this have to be limited? Why cant we have an option for more? This going from page to page is just another needless time consuming step.
4) Adding the ability to utilize color to specify the importance of a client would be a bonus. like a "red" square would indicate a client that needs immediate attention. A "yellow" would indicate a priority. A green would indicate a normal priority. Color is most certainly the easiest way to search and visually the most pleasing.
5)ISSUE ISSUE ISSUE I have noticed on multiple occasions when using the search feature for finding a client it does not pull the client up causing us to create duplicate entries. Today i put in a clients business name and nothing returned. I then tried the owners name and got nothing again. Once locating client listing i confirmed my spelling and it was correct.
These are some of the items i believe would improve ZOHO.
