A DOCUMENT DISSAPEARED¡¡¡¡ HELP¡¡¡

Hello,

Something strange has happened in the documents section. We were trying to upload a new version of the document "6 PLAN DE SEGURIDAD.doc", but when it is suppoused  to be finished the whole document, with all its versions, dissapeared. In fact, when you look it up in the "all documents" filter it says that there are 21 documents, but only shows 20, and it's not possible to access the last one (I supposed the missed one). The only way of finding the documet is in search section. I don´t understand what happened. Could you help me? I am really worried about this, because this documents are really important for us...
