I initially looked at this product from a personal point of view (and still hope to use it when Zoho launch their hosting service). However...I decided to consider using it in a working environment (I'm the IT manager for a legal firm).
So I have four of us testing it as a possible replacement for our current webmail setup.
A few simple questions....
In Admin, VO Services -- Mail indexing has a grey circle at the status. If I enable it by clicking on the cirlce, it changes to green. Moving away from the page and back to it shows a grey circle again! So is it not enabled.
Secondly, the calendar is quite slow. Once you have a few entries in it there can be a long delay in navigating (maybe15 seconds). With an emtpy calendar it is still slow, but only a few seconds. Everything else in VO is very fast.
IMAP folders -- If a users adds folders in our normal mail client, they do not show in VO and I can not see a way of refreshing the IMAP folder list. All the folders that were there when the user added the server are there, but no new folders since they added their account to VO
