A few questions/suggestions to improve Zoho Recruit

A few questions/suggestions to improve Zoho Recruit

I have been using Zoho Recruit coming up on 2 years now and have some questions and suggestions regarding the tool.
  1. When importing candidates resumes and associating them to open requirements, is there a way that only open requirements can be presented as choices to attach them to? This adds extra time
  2. Can we get more than 20 matches on the Matching candidates function please?
  3. New feature really desired please! In other ATS tools there is a tab that takes an existing candidate and searches through all open requirements to give a percentage of a match against the requirements only showing requirements that have more that a 20% match.  Is there a way you can do this?  It would make sourcing much easier.
