A field in my case report is not populating.

A field in my case report is not populating.

Hi, I have a case report that I've created.  In the column selection, I select a specific field to be included in my report (field name is  Tracker Chgs for Coupon Info, add website, T&Cs:) , however when I go to save the report and run it, the data isn't populating like it should. The columns are empty on the report.  When I go back into the report customization, I find this field has fallen out.  I do not have this issue with the other column selections.  Please help.
