I use like everyone a lot of email, then I do need a lot to go from an email to the right contact page to get information.
So I need at least a simple URL link to go to the contact page.
I also need a pop-up with the main information.
If this pop-up could configurable and editable, that would be very useful.
I hope that can be provided.

The only thing is a very hidden button to create a contact entry. Once the contact is created, you can create task.
BTW this button is at the bottom of the mail, so you might have to scroll a lot to reach it finally, or sometime you don't see it at all !
