A new Dashboard component in Zoho CRM - Zone Analysis
Zoho CRM introduces a new dashboard component called "Zone Analysis" to provide more detailed analytical insights of business data.
Zone analysis distributes the data into different zones which are created by taking the parameters in the X and Y axes into consideration. It makes understanding of data easier and make informed decisions.
Consider a zone analysis graph for the ROI generated from each campaign. The campaign are distributed into zones based on the ROI they generated. Both Google Adwords and TV have generated a good ROI values, however the distribution makes it easier to understand that television may be more popular medium as it generated as much ROI with lesser number of campaigns. Based on such insights an optimal campaign budget can be determined.
Similarly, other parameters such as revenue generation pattern in the sales team, overall sales turnover and the monetary gains and more can be analyzed using the Zone analysis.
