A question before I consider upgrading and permanent integration...

I like the fact that there's an open support forum for Zoho, very good sign with any company. But I'm still unsure about one thing that concerns me. I've been reading some reviews of Zoho online and have come accross reports of people saying their accounts were suddenly purged for no reason and/or warning! One of them stating it happened right after a payment method on file had expired and then without warning the customer's account was deleted very soon after. :(

Mistakes happen, it's a fact of life. But I wouldn't want a simple mistake like this on my/my company's part to result in this, say, a few years down the road like these people! This would be devestating for me and my company.

Have you changed your methods for notifications of problems PRIOR to deleting accounts??

IF so, how long of notice do you give and in what form(s)?

If I'm not fully convinced this is 100% a non-issue I won't even bother continuing to setup even a free account let alone stick with in the long run while my company expands.

Please let me know what to expect with you folks so I can decide on what to do and who to go with. Thank you.
