A simple solution for a proper business please

Hi, I would like to be able to print out a document for my site engineers that shows the case and the customers full details etc. It would be even great if it showed pass cases. I tried to create a report but I cannot find away of only showing one contact or account.

I am sure there is an answer as we cannot be the only company trying to use zoho in a face to face business.
