A strange archiving system

A strange archiving system

Hi,

I recently started using Zoho Mail (have earlier been a G Suite user) and was really confused with Zoho'a archiving process... Here's what is the most confusing:

  1. [Web Version] If a mail is in my Inbox and click the Archive button, the email can then only be seen from Inbox >> Archive filter.
  2. [via a mail client like Outlook] But I access the email from MS Outlook and archive an email via a desktop email client's typical archive button, the email is available under "Archived" folder.
Now, this is highly confusing. Why the difference in archive functionality between Zoho Mail Web version and when accessed and used via an email client like Outlook

Now, compare this with how smoothly it work on G Suite. Be it their web client of via desktop email apps, when an email is archived, it's always under the "Archives" label / folder.
