A way to report on all leads for a given month

Is there a way to report on ALL leads created in one month by source. I need to include both open, closed lost and converted leads. Right now I can only see source of non converted lead and cannot find a way to add the converted leads to the same report.

I'm trying to do this to gain insight into my sources of leads, volume in and disposition of each lead.
