To those in
another edition of Zoho CRM that are considering switching to Zoho One, make sure you're not over the
standard allotted storage limit before you proceed. i.e. anyone using BCC Dropbox and paying for extra storage.
There is no extra storage option in Zoho One as of yet, so you will not be able to BCC any new emails with attachments.
This may not apply to a huge swath of users but for those that it does it will save you a huge headache until they sort this out.
