Hi @Zoho team,

is there any plan to build a proper Gmail integration with Zoho CRM? To be honest we feel a little mislead by your website that you integrate with Gmail, since the integration is limited to say the least:

1. The Chrome extension allows me to see aome basic data about a contact, but there is not a lot I can create, link an email, etc from the Google client

2. The add-on I personally have no idea why it exists since you can only create a deal or a lead. You cannot do anything else, you cannot see other modules, cannot link emails

3. the set-up of Gmail in Zoho via allowing to send emails using Gmail is also not useful since you can send emails via Google but you cannot change their relations to deals or anything else

basically it looks to me that if you do not use Zoho alternatives you are left with very limited options.

we used Salesforce and their add-on is universes better and more functional. 

Please let me know if any development is going on here and if there is any light at the end of the tunnel
