A Zoho Developer can do this?

Hi guys, I'm looking a Zoho Developer that can do this:

Show estimated delivery date in Zoho Commerce product page, cart page, checkout page and order confermation email. EDD is calculated by two custom field: min_lead_time (ex. 1 day) and max_lead_time (ex: 3 day). So EDD=today+min lead time and today+max lead time. Message is something like this: "order now and get delivery between X date and Y date. If X date or Y date is saturday, sunday or holiday, delivery will be next business day. If custom field min lead time or max lead time are empty or 0 default value is 1 and 3. More or less that's all. By API or something else a Zoho Developer can do this or not?
