We gather feedback from our clients through a number of methods but when we paste in content that includes emoticons into a multi-line field in Zoho CRM, the emoticons are replaced with a ? This often means we lose the meaning of the clients message.

Is there a plan to allow emoticons to be enabled in multi-line fields?
