As an idea for the future, it would be helpful to be able to add notes to an existing appointment--there is a place to add notes for the customer, but I don't see one for the appointment. It would also be helpful to be able to add notes or attach documents to a consultation so that consultants can easily access relevant forms/docs related to the consultation. For example, we use Bookings to schedule interviews with various stakeholders. For each consultation, we typically have a list of interview questions. It would be great to be able to attach the doc of interview questions or add a note with a link to where the questions can be found.
