Ability to Add Serial Numbers when Receiving Items

In Quickbooks when we receive items we enter the serial numbers there and then.

Currently in zoho Inventory I can only add serial numbers when I have a bill... but 90% of times we receive a bill a few weeks after we receive the goods.

So how can we add a serial number without a bill?
