Would you be able to please add a Permission that allows a user to add/change values in a pick list field (under the Setup / Customization page in Zoho CRM) without having full access to all of the Customization functions (e.g. manage modules, links, layouts, etc).  Currently, only the broad 'Customise Zoho CRM' permission is available under the Admin Permissions section.
