Wouldn't it be nice to be able to associate incoming and outgoing emails to Potentials, Contacts and Leads.Other than the recipient or sender.The Zoho Outlook Plugin can do it, why not within Zoho Mail.
Many businesses, such as brokers, finance, banks, loan companies and others send and receive emails discussing third party clients and their related potentials.
Currently, the mail systems will only save to sender and recipients email records. We wind up having to save to PDF and then attach to the related potential or lead .
This would greatly enhance the value of the Zoho Mail/CRM interface.
