Ability to colour code (or shade) appointments
I would like the ability to be able to differentiate different types of appointments on my own calendar. For example, I have appointments where I am out of the office, In the office,some are fixed, others tentative, and I also like to set aside time for planning, or working on certain projects. These last two can me movable feasts, whereas the meetings are usually fixed.
Would there be some way that we could identify these, similar to Outlooks, Free/Busy/Tentative (but ideally with a configurable list) - the selection of which puts a different colour bar to the left (and/or right) of the appointment block - see image below
I think the colours would need to be user configurable, as the choice would depend upon the main colour that had been chosen for that particular calendar.
Another possibility might be to have different shading styles for each appointment, such as a dotted or lined background, but that may make the text too hard to read.
