Ability to create checklist templates for work items according to status & the ability to have sprint types associated to work items statuses

Hi,

a. It would be great to have the ability to define a checklist template for work items so that people can tick off completed mandatory items according to the status. This will enable having a template checklist for each stage of the development cycle according to its status and the people working on them ensuring quality and correct transition in the statuses of the cycle.

      Todo work item status --> A checklist template for the designer 
      InProgress work item status --> A checklist template  for the developer 
      InReview work item status --> A checklist template for the reviewer
      etc...

b. It would be great in addition to the above to define separate sprint types so that you can associate accordingly different statuses.

      Design sprint statuses             --> Todo, InDesign, DesignReview
      Development sprint statuses  --> ToDev, InDev, DevReview, ToTest
      QA Sprint statuses                   --> ToTest, InTesting, Done, Resolved
