Hell FSM team,

We have a customer with 2 value streams using Zoho FSM. Each value stream uses different products, at different price point. Currently, all of the products are accessible when creating a work order and modifying a service appointment, which can cause confusion for users.

We would love to have the ability to filter out products from the services and parts subforms based on a field in the work order and/or services appointments record.

For example, when the Work Order is tagged with "Department A", only products with the same tag would be shown when creating the Work Order. An inspiration could be how it's currently possible to do with dynamic filter in Zoho CRM.

This would greatly improve the user experience when creating Work Orders in FSM for organizations with multiple value streams or just a large number of products.
